We sensitise communities on sanitation and support protected springs and clean water points.
Disease follows dirty water. Our sanitation work is both teaching and infrastructure: helping communities protect springs, use clean water points, and build habits that keep children out of the clinic. A well is not a ribbon-cutting. It is a morning ritual that has to keep working after the visitors leave. When a household is starting over we send them home with jerrycans, a named bucket, bedding — water they can carry, and a bed they can make.
